Requirements

  1. Reservation Fee (check, wire transfer, cash, credit card)
  2. Reservation Application Form (provided by RLC)
  3. Individual Client Information Sheet (provided by RLC)
  4. Typical Floor Plan (provided by RLC)
  5. Photocopy of Passport and Valid I.D. with picture
  6. Photocopy of Billing Statement (latest credit card, bank statement, water, electric etc.)


Local Buyers

  1. After coordinating your intention to purchase a unit, we could meet in our office to fill-up and sign all documents like Reservation Application Form, Individual Client Information Sheet and Typical Floor Plan. Please provide us with Photocopy of Valid IDs with picture, Passport (optional but could be a valid ID), Cedula, TIN no, and latest Billing Statement.

  2. You can reserve by issuing a reservation check (named to Robinsons Land Corp.), paying cash or using credit cards like Visa and MasterCard.
  3. If you avail of deferred cash, kindly provide all post dated checks for monthly installments plus the retention/balance check. The checks must be named to Robinsons Land Corp.

  4. After the reservation of unit has been accepted by the company, you will receive the Processed Reservation Documents and the Official Receipt. We will also ask you to sign the set of Contract to Sells. Once the set of Contract to Sells is notarized then you will receive your own copy.



International Buyers

  1. After coordinating your intention to purchase a unit, I could email the Reservation Application Form, Individual Client Information Sheet and Typical Floor Plan. Kindly download, print, fill-up all necessary information and sign. You can submit them by email or FedEx. Please provide us with Photocopy of Valid IDs with picture, Passport, TIN no (if Filipino and has TIN) and latest Billing Statement.

b. Relatives or friends in the Philippines, with your coordination they could pay the reservation by check, cash or credit card.

  1. If you avail of deferred cash, kindly provide all post dated checks for monthly installments plus the retention/balance check. We prepare local checks but we also accept U.S. Dollar and Canadian Checks. The checks must be named to Robinsons Land Corp.

  2. After the reservation of unit has been accepted by the company, you will receive the Processed Reservation Documents and the Official Receipt. We will also ask you to sign the set of Contract to Sells. Once the set of Contract to Sells is notarized then you will receive your own copy.


Important Reminders

  1. In signing of Reservation Application Form,  Individual Client Information Sheet, and Typical Floor Plan, if married the spouse must affix his or her signatures to all documents, or if more than one buyer, they must affix their signatures too and fill-up a separate Individual Client Information Sheet.
  2. After reservation of particular unit has been done. The next payment should be done within 1 month or before 1 month after the reservation has been accepted or a penalty will be imposed.
  3. All payments in checks must be named and pay in order of Robinsons Land Corp. and non else.
